'NO' is the standard response in every proposal as our prospect does not know to what he/she is saying 'no'. Therefore the first step is to convert our prospect from 'NO' to 'KNOW'. To convert 'no' to 'know' we should take the initiative to know him by asking questions. The most important aspect in selling is the art of asking questions and listening patiently to understand the client; so that you can provide the right solution to the client. Then ask for business and close the sale.

It's not what happened to me, but what I do about it
Bad thing happens in our life. But it's not what happened to me, what I do about it determines the outcome. If a snake bites you, do you run after the snake or you go to the hospital to cure yourself?
Now the question is, how to practice forgiveness exercise?

It is not what others do but our own mistakes that hurt us the most; it is our response to those provocations. What people will say or do is under their control. But how I will react is under my control. I can have control on my thoughts, and thoughts are generated in my mind. I can achieve mastery over my mind through conscious and continuous practise; otherwise compulsive thinking will take me over. By controlling my thoughts, I can determine my destiny. My mind & consciences is my spiritual asset. I need to protect and use it with outmost care. God has given me the will power to protect it from evil purpose. Mind control is the result of self-discipline and habits. I either control my mind or it controls you. There is no half-way compromise. The most practical of all methods for controlling my mind is the habit of keeping it busy with a definite purpose, backed by present actions based on my definite future plan and keep my mind clean through forgiveness exercise, whenever required.
