When we are in anger or in anxiety, we take shallow
breathing and production of immune cells are reduced significantly. Studies
showed that one minute of anger weaken our immune system for 5 hours. Anger,
fear and revenge are negative emotions. It leads to anxiety, worry, stress, depression
and suicidal thoughts. We harm ourselves.
If you can replace anger with emotional listening to self
and other, which is called love; fear with gratitude of being happy what you
have got and revenge thought with forgiveness, you become emotionally happy and
makes you to live in the present. You become an emotional asset than emotional
liability as your emotional bank balance is increased. You will be able to
safeguard yourself against any harmful viruses. Vaccine taken from outside has
got limited time period effect on you. Once you master the art of generating
more immune cells to kill harmful viruses through right thought, right food and
right breathing exercise, you can vaccinate yourself all the time.
