I am not here to teach English grammar. We are into business. What does that mean? We are busy; we want to get more jobs done in less time. But sometimes, the way we communicate, we dig our own grave by prolonging the communication with negative output. Grammatically you may be perfect, but that does not mean anything to us unless you are getting the desired result.
Though the fault is in every one of us, but no one likes to be blamed, accused and commanded by others. If I can communicate without blaming, accusing and commanding others, I can achieve better results in both personal and professional life.

Replace 'YOU' with 'I', whenever you want to express your feeling. If you suppress your emotions by not expressing the truth, you are inviting 'Psychosomatic illness' in the long run. You can use this key in any language. There is no barrier to express your feeling, replace 'you' with 'I' and observe the response from the other person.
Psycho mean 'mind' and 'soma' means 'body'. The illness I am facing now mostly came from mind due to suppressed emotions such as anxiety, fear, conflict, resentment and tension. Research shows that chronic emotional tension causes symptoms such as headache, arthritis, hypertension including cancer. The other disorders are dyspepsia, colitis, ulcers and insomnia. Doctors treat the symptom, not the cause. The main cause of our illness is when our immune system goes down. Our immune system goes down for two main factors. They are lack of nutrient and emotional imbalance. The people who are working in the corporate are having enough money to feed themselves. Therefore nutrient is not the main cause of illness but the emotions.
Almost all illnesses are caused by thoughts and most doctors treat the symptom not the cause. If you want to be cured fully you must treat your body, mind and soul.
When we don't accept the present- regrets, anxieties, worries keep replaying unpleasant scenarios in our minds which create neuromuscular tensions. Nearly all of us carry some degree of chronic tension, which rises and falls in the course of everyday life. Unexpressed emotion leads us to physical stiffness and fatigue resulting in headaches, neck aches, sore lower back, chronic fatigue, muscle ache, back pain and reduces flexibility.
In the corporate world it is as if the language is invented to deceive someone. I can cheat the whole world but not self. The body reacts to my inner voice, conscience only. We say something outside but inner voice speaks something different.
Whenever we are working against our emotion or inner conscience to gain something in physical level, we start forming knots in our body. But we are not able to recognise as our mind is diverted outward.
As our mind is diverted outward, we have lost the ability to sense the reaction happening within us each and every moment. We only recognise it when it comes out in the form of disease or pain.
The most empowering position is to be a CREATOR. To say “I am Responsible for my Life and I will choose how I respond to any situation, so that it does not control me”.
The most powerful people are Creators – they acknowledge the past and choose their Future. Only human beings can change their destiny by changing their thoughts and attitude. We create our own reality.
I am the result of my own thoughts and actions I take in every situation & circumstances.
If I can improve the quality of my thinking, I will improve the quality of my life. Mind generates thought and there is compulsive thinking; and most of the thoughts are negative unless I make conscious effort to generate positive thoughts.
Psychologists estimate that we talk to ourselves more than 50,000 times a day, compulsive thinking. These self talks or compulsive thinking directly influences our self-image and determines our behaviour and attitude. Our mind is a superb instrument or you can say super computer if we know how to use it for right action. Unless I make conscious effort to generate positive thought, it will generate negative or destructive thought.
The most rapid and positive changes in our personality and our life come from the way we change our thinking about our possibilities and ourselves. Ultimately I came to the conclusion:
No one can destroy me but my own thoughts destroy me
Thought x Knowledge x Action =Result
If I have positive thought of taking responsibility, I will take positive actions. It leads to
positive ATTITUDE and positive Result
We all have played all the above roles and now also we are playing. Sometime I played the role
of a victim by blaming someone for whatever happened to me or sometime I justified my
failure. And I have taken responsibility also. What I am today is result of the responsibility I
have taken in my life.
Now let me ask you a question. Your father has taken a loan of Rs.5 lakhs from the bank but he
has paid only Rs.1.50 lakhs before his accidental death. Will you pay the rest of the money if
bank asks you to pay? Touch your heart and tell the truth.
Most of us will say “Why should I pay, go and ask my father? I was never informed” and so and
so…
Let's take another situation. There is a land of worth Rs.15 lakhs which your father
purchased and which is under his name. You came to know about it after his death. Will you
go and claim the land or let it go?
Most of us will go and claim the land. Think about it, how we are?
We are willing to enjoy our ancestral property but not willing to take responsibility for their
mistake.
Everything is a consequence of my thoughts. All states of happiness or misery are the result
of my own thoughts. Thought determines destiny, I create my own character and
circumstances by the manner of my own thinking. A happier tomorrow is built only
when I live a committed life today.
