Whenever I think bad of others, it does bad to me also.
To be an effective communicator I must change my thoughts. We communicate and act on the basis of our thoughts and knowledge on the subject. It's not what I communicate but how I communicate plays the major role in every relationship.
Though the fault is in every one of us, but no one likes to be blamed and commanded by others including me. If I can communicate without blaming others, I can achieve better results in both personal life and professional life.
Once my thoughts, actions and words I use in my communication with self and others are aligned I become an effective communicator and my productivity multiplies.
I found in every incident or situation several thoughts are generated in my mind. All these thoughts can be categorised into 3 categories. They are
1. Blaming (thoughts) others directly or indirectly and the word used is you,
2nd category: Justify (thoughts) my failure and 3 category
3rd Category: Taking Responsibility(thoughts) of my every actions and result
On the basis of THOUGHTS we can categorize ourselves into three categories.
They are Victims, Aggressors and Creators.
