If you get million
without developing skills and becoming million worth, your happiness will be
temporary and it will bring misery in the long run. You become a doctor by
developing skills and knowledge of a doctor. Otherwise you can get a doctor
certificate by paying money. You can get a car in lottery or in dowry.....
